This blog has been very quiet.
It's not for lack of activity around here, I promise that!
We've had end-of-school-year activities, like Muffins with Moms, Mommy Makeover (I was so 'gorgeous' that day! I did feel very loved by my biggest boy.), Field Day, Splash Day, and many other fun events.
I also (at last!) received my new camera. Big Daddy and I are still getting to know one another - he's quite the upgrade from my other camera, and I'm still in the 'overwhelmed' portion of the learning curve. The files are monstrous, so finding out the proper size for them to be uploaded to things like this blog (and figuring out the proper way to upload client's photos to their online gallery) have posed some challenges.
BUT, I am beyond thrilled to be able to shoot photos indoors again! I never would have been able to get these photos of the boys in the bath with my old camera. These three little men make life such an adventure!
We've also spent a great deal of time being sick in the past month. Since Easter, we've had a total of 7 ear infections, a case of strep throat, acute bronchitis, and allergies galore. Spring has not been kind to our respiratory systems this year! I am looking forward to all of us being healthy once again -- hopefully we're on the tail end of the "germy stay-cation" in our home.
That would be perfect, seeing as we are soon to embark on a couple of road trips! One to see family and celebrate my Grandpa's 80th Birthday, and one for our own family vacation.
Maybe the next blog post will be all about those trips. ;)
