carpet! We've decided to get rid of it throughout our living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and hallway. Enter wood laminate - made by Berry, it's a "Dakota Walnut" finish. The wood-laying chaos begins on Friday.
So long, carpet...buckled, dingy, matted, allergy-inducing, never-clean-enough mess that you are.

Is the transformation complete yet?? I want to see pictures of the flooring make-over!
Almost!!! We are so close...one more day should do it. The floor is completely down, it's just the transition pieces and the quarter-round that has to be put in place. I will try to have pictures posted tomorrow! Before and afters! :) We're all very ready to have our house back...all the living room furniture and the kitchen table is stashed in the garage!
